We now offer shipping to Canada for HARDWARE ONLY. If your order is destined for Canada and contains any e-Liquid or pre-filled cartridges we will cancel your order and issue a refund. The only exception is e-Cigarette starter kits. We will remove the sample cartridges and ship only the hardware. All Canada orders will ship by USPS Small Flat Rate International boxes. There is NO free shipping for Canadian orders.
If Canadian customs seizes your order we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOSS. If they happen to return the package to us we will either refund your order cost minus the shipping charge OR you can pay for us to attempt to ship it again. We will only re-attempt shipping once. Postage fees are NOT refundable.
All orders are shipped from our Oklahoma office by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air if chosen. This allows us to ship to many points in the USA very quickly.
Oklahoma residents may select First Class if their order meets the criteria (less than 13 ounces) for First Class. Please note that First Class packages are shipped in plastic bubble wrap lined envelopes.
All orders will ship the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 2PM CST Mon-Fri excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed. Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays and through Sunday evening will ship that following Monday excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed.
If after you have placed an order you realize you ordered the wrong items or need to add items please email me directly. Please note that this will more than likely delay shipping your package to the next day because we often have to unpack your order, make the changes in our system, etc and it kinda goofs up our daily routine.
We do not charge any extra fees for "handling" your items. It doesn't cost us any extra to walk over to the warehouse shelf, pick an item up and put it in a box. Your items will be packed and wrapped in bubblewrap to protect them from damage in transit. Our boxes come free from the USPS so we have no "overhead" on boxes. To ensure products are not crushed during shipment we do not use envelopes (except Oklahoma First Class as noted above)
Most orders can fit inside a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Small Box. It only costs $4.95 anywhere in the USA up to 70 pounds (I'd like to see someone get 70 pounds into that box!). Delivery time is generally 1-2 days.
If you need your items badly you can select on of our UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping options. Your order MUST be placed before 4PM CST Monday-Thursday for us to get the package out to you that day. We generally call to verify that you want overnight shipping before processing your order. We are NOT responsible for errors made by the carrier if your package is not delivered on time. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Orders totaling more than $99.00 will be shipped for free by USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind if your order totals $103.35 and you apply a coupon code worth 10% off your purchase ($103.35 - 10% = $93.02) then your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.
We will ship your items to the address that you provide to us. If your items don't arrive and the United States Postal Service says the package was delivered then we will do what we can to assist you in locating your package. The USPS does make mistakes so please check with your local post office and your neighbors to see if it has been delivered to the wrong address.
We simply can not and will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package please contact us before ordering. It usually only costs a few bucks extra.
