They are backwards compatible with all eGo-T and eGo products including the eGo/eGo-T/eGo-C USB chargers.
The TWIST batteries do -not- come with a charger. They will charge on an existing JoyeTech eGo charger if you have one. If you do not have a charger, you will need to purchase the eGo USB charger separately.
They feature the eGo-C 5 click lockout feature. To lock the battery, simply click the button 5 times rapidly. The LED will flash indicating that the battery is now locked. To unlock, simply press the button 5 times rapidly again and the LED will confirm it is unlocked. This makes it much safer to carry in a pocket or purse.
Because of the variable voltage module in these batteries they are a bit longer than normal batteries. The 1000mAh eGo TWIST measures 120mm long (approx. 4 3/4") and the 650mAh eGo TWIST battery measures 97mm long (approx. 3 3/4").

To fill, insert cartridge into atomizer and press until tank seal is popped.
Remove cartridge and fill tank through the hole in the center. A syringe may make this easier. Some people completely pop the tank cap off.
Liquid level is easy to see through the clear and blue eGo-T/eGo-C tanks. You will have to remove the black tipped version to see how much e-Liquid remains.
e-Liquids which contain all or a mix of VG may not feed very well in the eGo-T/eGo-C system.
You will receive five tanks per item in the color you select.
