It comes with an empty mouthpiece (no cartridge inside) and can be used with the mouthpiece or a 306 drip tip for drip smoking. Regular Joye 306 atomizers measure in around 2.2 Ohms resistance. The Joye 306 atomizer also fits devices with 510 or eGo threads. Atomizers are considered throw away parts and do not last forever. The clear tank is poly carbonate material and may crack if used with strong "homebrew" liquids which contain a lot of cinnamon or citrus flavors. The small laser hole in the side of these special cartomizers allows a small amount of liquid to enter the cartomizer and keep it continually full without overfilling it. While these are more durable than the previous version, we still don't recommend pocket carrying to avoid any side to side stress on the connections. Although the cartomizer comes with a DOA only warranty, you can expect 2-3 weeks of use if you keep the tank properly filled.
